Matt Germane
Position
Matt is a Principal of the Lone Peak Valuation Group and is primarily involved with measuring and presenting economic damages in complex commercial litigation matters. In addition, Matt has experience and training in business valuation. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA. He is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is an Accredited Member in the business valuation discipline of the American Society of Appraisers.
Experience
Matt has over 15 years of litigation support and business valuation experience. His experience includes expert testimony, financial analysis, economic research, and financial modeling. Matt has focused his efforts in the MLM, technology, electronics, and automobile industries. Prior to joining Lone Peak in 2011, Matt worked as a senior analyst at Hampton IP & Economic Consultants and as an analyst at KPMG.
