Position

Scott is a principal of the Lone Peak Valuation Group and is primarily involved with quantifying economic damages related to lost wages/earnings, lost profits, and business interruption; performing business valuations; and forensic accounting services related to fraud and fidelity matters. Scott has a degree in accounting, an MBA, is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation.

Experience

Scott has over 28 years of experience in providing litigation consulting services, forensic accounting and business valuations. Prior to joining Lone Peak Valuation Group, Scott was the partner in charge of the Salt Lake City office of HSNO.

He has provided testimony on numerous occasions as an expert witness in Federal and State Courts, Bankruptcy Court, and in arbitrations and depositions. In addition, he has provided litigation consulting services to attorneys including the preparation for and rebuttal of opposing experts. He has been engagement as a forensic accounting expert by both plaintiffs and defendants.
