Position

Wayne is a Principal of the Lone Peak Valuation Group, providing receivership and bankruptcy consulting, performing fraud investigations, and providing litigation consulting. Wayne is a licensed attorney and a certified fraud examiner.

Experience

Wayne has investigated white collar fraud for 35 years, serving as head of the Utah Securities Division, the Idaho Securities Bureau, and the Utah Attorney General’s Antitrust Unit. He has been appointed as a receiver by state and federal courts and a chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee.

Wayne’s professional experience includes serving as a chair of the Utah State Bar Litigation Section, six years as an adjunct professor of legal economics, and testifying before Congress on commodities trading, alcohol marketing, and anticompetitive distribution practices. He has served as a consulting and testifying expert in dozens of cases around the country.
